GAR/L, Automatic machine for the

production of GARIBALDI chain with

double laser welding for HOLLOW and

SOLID wires with completely

mechanical operation.

The chain comes out from the machine already welded and is then ready for the following processing steps (hammering and diamond-cutting). The chaining cycle follows exactly the manual chaining process, thus giving the chain a perfect identity as if it was built by hand. A specially designed gripping system, picks up the links from a single spiral produced by a single wire. A special feature of this machine is that during the entire work cycle the turns and the chain are always held by clamps that guarantee maximum production reliability. Once the chain is linked, it is welded directly into the machine by a simultaneous double laser beam. The mechanical parts of the machine are made of cast iron, light alloys and specially treated special steels, while the delicate parts are made of hard metal. The lubrication system reaches all points of greatest friction; collection oil tank and pump are incorporated in the base. The machine is equipped with electronic speed variator with digital indicator. The machine is equipped with an electronic chain collecting plate, an electronic wire tensioner, a double laser focus support, a microscope support and a low voltage lamp.
