BK/EFF – Welding machine for chains filling

Automatic machine for chain filling with multiple pitch using flame welding. The filling process is simplified by the synchronous motor control of the flame movement and supply of filler metal. The PLC controls an adjustable speed cycle facilitating adjustment during the tool change, which is simple and fast thanks to the adjustable self-centering passages and the quick repositioning of the machine groups.
